Shunt Release VS1 Opening And Closing Coil Trip Solenoid Electromagnet DC220V

Model: VS1 coil

Description

In the high-voltage circuit breaker, closing is to use the electromagnetic effect of energizing the closing coil to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy, so that the armature of the closing coil hits the closing operating mechanism of the circuit breaker to achieve the purpose of closing the circuit breaker.

  • Drawing

Coil of the electromagnet is used very widely in life, it can be used for locking device of vacuum circuit breaker and switch cabinet. It has the advantages of small volume, strong magnetic, advantages of convenient installation and operation etc..

This type of solenoid coil mainly apply on circuit breaker(type:ZN63) VS1 and PT handcart as a circuit breaker switch on the control module.
This type of closing coil (points closing electromagnet) is a core-driven, mainly by the coil, moving core, mounting base, the return spring and so on.

Features

1. The opening and closing coil (opening and closing electromagnet) uses an iron core as the driving type, which is mainly composed of a coil, a moving iron core, a mounting base, a reset spring and other specific installation structures.

2. The opening and closing coil (opening and closing electromagnet) has fine manufacturing process, reliable performance, long service life and high environmental temperature resistance.

Working conditions

1. The altitude in the use environment cannot exceed 3000 meters.

2. The temperature of the surrounding environment is in the range of -40℃~+40℃.

3. Before installation, the relative humidity of the environment must be ensured: the daily average is not more than 95%, and the monthly average is not more than 90%.

4. The vibration acceleration received during operation is not more than 15 m/s2.

5. There is no danger of explosion in the surrounding medium, no fire, no dust, no damage to insulation and places that are enough to corrode metal gases.
