Description

The ERC-10-HB electric handcart control module can control and protect the electric handcart, and has two operating modes: local and remote. The controller can immediately brake the motor when the operation of the electric handcart's driving motor is blocked (such as the installation is not in place or the mechanism is stuck) and reaches the protection condition, and drive the motor in the reverse direction to relieve the stuck state.

The ERC-10-HB electric handcart control module can control and protect the electric handcart, and has two operating modes: local and remote. The controller can immediately brake the motor when the operation of the electric handcart’s driving motor is blocked (such as the installation is not in place or the mechanism is stuck) and reaches the protection condition, and drive the motor in the reverse direction to relieve the stuck state.

Control logic:
When the handcart is in the non-working position and non-testing position, the motor is only allowed to swing out.
Only when all interlocking conditions are met and the controller is fault-free, the controller’s ready light will light up and the controller will be allowed to operate.
When a stall occurs during the rocking-in process, the current operation is stopped and the motor is driven back to the test position. During the return process, the stall occurs again and the motor is stopped. When a stall occurs during the rocking-out process, the current operation is stopped and the motor is driven in the reverse direction. Run for 300mS.
When a timeout occurs (the timeout is set to 70S) and the specified position is not reached, the test position should be returned.
After the motor reaches the test position, it first stops for 400ms and then runs in reverse direction for 20mS.
Stop the motor after the working position is in place, and then drive the motor to reverse for 50ms.
The overcurrent protection current is set in stages. 20 seconds before the shake-in process, 220V is set to 1.2A and 110V is set to 2A. In the following time, 220V is set to 4A and 110V is set to 5A; 7 seconds before the shake-out process, 220V is set to 4A and 110V. It is 5A, and later it is set to 1.2A for 220V and 2A for 110V.
