The VCB chassis truck is mainly used for loading circuit breakers, transformers and other components in draw-out switchgear. It is used for pushing in and out, as an auxiliary operation for connecting the components to the busbar. The chassis trolley can meet the “five prevention” interlocking requirements in GB3906 when working with the internal mechanism of circuit breaker and other interlocking mechanisms of the middle cabinet:
1. only when the trolley is in the test / isolation or work position, the circuit breaker can be closed, and the circuit breaker closed, the trolley will not be able to move, thus preventing the occurrence of misconnection and misclosing isolation contacts with load.
2. When the trolley is in the working position or about 10mm away from the test/isolation position, the grounding switch cannot be closed to prevent the grounding switch from being closed by mistake with power.
3. When the grounding switch is closed, the trolley cannot be moved from the test/isolation position to the working position to prevent the grounding switch from closing the circuit breaker when it is closed.
4. Once the chassis car enters the cabinet and leaves the test/isolation position, the car cannot be withdrawn from the cabinet.
