Description

CT118 spring operating mechanism is used in the operation of those matched 110 kV and 220 kV self-energized high voltage SF6 circuit breaker (GCB) and totally-enclosed switchgear assembly (GIS) as well as other outdoor and indoor circuit breakers with corresponding operating energy in closing and breaking.

Model CT118 spring operating mechanism is a new generation product ingeniously developed by Yueqing Liyond Electric Co., Ltd assimilating internationally advanced technology. It features small and exquisite, compact structure, high closing power, simple maintenance and long service life. It is used in the operation of those matched 110 kV and 220 kV self-energized high voltage SF6 circuit breaker (GCB) and totally-enclosed switchgear assembly (GIS) as well as other outdoor and indoor circuit breakers with corresponding operating energy in closing and breaking. The performance of Model CT118 spring operating mechanism is in compliance with the requirements under the national standard GB 1984 < AC High Voltage Circuit Breaker> and the requirements in the Technical Specification of this product.

Features:
1.The support is a high strength cast aluminum alloy with perfect rigidity.
2.The support is once-time machined in the CNC processing center into its final form with high accuracy.
3.All bearings are high quality needle roller bearings of famous brands such as NTN, IKO, NSK and INA with high bearing capability.
4.The nickel-phosphorus electroplating process is used for surface treatment to enhance the surface hardness and corrosion resistance of the metal parts substantially.

2.Ambient Air Temperature: max. +40℃, min. -40℃;
3.Relative Humidity: daily averaged RH ≯ 95%, monthly averaged RH ≯ 90% (25℃);
4.Vapor Pressure: daily averaged ≯ 2.2 x 10-3 MPa; monthly averaged ≯ 1.8 x 10-3 MPa;
5.Air Contamination: Class III;
6.Earthquake Intensity: Degree 9
7.Neither serious corrosion nor frequent tense vibration is existed.
